About the Role

We are seeking motivated and professional Virtual Call Center Agents to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while providing excellent customer service. As a contractor, you’ll be responsible for fulfilling your work hours based on your availability and the needs of the business, with a target of approximately 15 hours per week.

Please note that we are unable to hire contractors residing in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin due to state-specific regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, update records, and maintain detailed logs in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility in your schedule.
  • Reliable computer with a stable internet connection.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
