But the report is reviewed before it goes out, the follow-up call is with a real person, and we have a refund path if something on our end fails. The technology is the delivery mechanism, not the gimmick.
Will the recommendations actually fit MY business?+
The audit takes 15–45 minutes specifically so the AI can hear what's unique about your operation — your team, your customers, the tools you already use, the things that drive you crazy. The report is built from that conversation, not pulled off a shelf. If your business is too unusual for that to work, the follow-up call is where we tell you so.
Why $197? That seems too cheap for what's included.+

What if I get the report and don't find it useful?+

Do I have to be technical to get value from this?+
No. The report is written for an owner, not an engineer. Recommendations are explained in plain language: what the tool does, why it was suggested for your specific situation, and roughly what it would take to put in place. If you want, you stop there. If you want help, the follow-up call covers it.
What's the refund policy?+
Because the audit line opens to you the moment you pay, we don't refund a completed call. But if a technical failure on our end stops you from completing the audit, email us within 48 hours at support@dialflowsolutions.com and we'll issue a replacement code. Full terms are on the Terms page.
Is anything I say confidential?+
Yes. Your call and transcript are used only to generate your report. They are not sold, not used to train external AI models, and are deleted after 12 months. The Privacy Policy spells it out in detail.
